Jan Jenkins now teaches three fitness classes every Monday

Join her classes for fitness and wellbeing support

Jan Jenkins has recently started running three of her fitness and wellbeing classes at the ABD Centre. They take place on Monday morning with a choice from DanceFit Mix, Fitness Pilates, and the Reset Project.

Open to adults, both women and men, these classes offer the opportunity to achieve and maintain fitness and wellbeing.
