Various weekly classes for improving and maintaining fitness

Janet Jenkins teaches various fitness classes every Monday, all year round. The three classes she is currently teaching at the ABD Centre are:

DanceFit Mix: 10 AM - 11 AM (previously BoostFit)

Fitness Pilates: 11.15 AM - 12.15 PM

Reset Project: 12.20 PM - 1 PM

Jan's sessions are for adults age 18 and over, and both males and females are welcome. You do need to be relatively active, meaning that you are able to walk, move around, get up and down off the floor without support.

Just wear casual clothing and flat shoes/trainers. Definitely bring a drink!

Please contact me beforehand if possible. If not, just turn up!

DanceFit Mix:
Monday 10 AM - 11 AM
Costs: £6 per session (or £12 if you also join Fitness Pilates on that day)

This class is a mixture of dancing through the decades, short bursts of cardio combat, aerobics etc.

Fitness Pilates:
Monday 11:15 AM - 12:15 PM
Costs: £8 per session (or £12 if you have also joined the DanceFit Mix session on that day)

This class is a mix of strength, balance, mobility, stretching and meditation.

Please bring a mat for the Pilates class. Please bring a cushion and a blanket for the meditation section IF you want to use this.

Reset Project:
Monday 12:20 PM - 1 PM
Costs: £2.50 per session
Audience: Anyone is welcome. It's an informal sit down group session.
