FREE EVENT every second Saturday of the month!

Got some arts and crafts stuff, home deco, or stationery you no longer use or want? Why not come to Craft Swap at the ABD Centre every second Saturday of the month?

It will usually be in the Rose room (the large downstairs room).

You can drop in any time between 11:00 - 12:30 h to donate unwanted, unused, or underused arts/crafts materials or tools, home deco, stationery, and take away whatever is donated by others.

Please, no items that can't be cleaned such as duvets, pillows, cushions, stuffed animals etc. Also no home (indoor or outdoor) paints etc.

But part-used art paints and part-used pencils, crayons, paper scraps, little leftover yarn balls, bits of usable clay, etc. are all fine as long as they can still be used by someone. Even small bits of fabric or paper can still be used, so do bring those scraps!

Old books/magazines are good too for people who do collage.

Out of the items left at the end of the event, some of it will be stored for use the next months. Some of it might be sold by Alex, the organiser, to keep this a free event. And what she can not hold onto due to limited storage space will be donated to a local charity.
